ERRORS & DAMAGED ORDERS
Please contact Customer Service immediately if we made an error
in shipping the wrong item(s) or the incorrect quantity. If we
made the error, then we will make it right a no additional cost
to you and we thank you in advance for your patience.
If you made the error, that is, if you ordered the wrong product,
for example, then that's ok too! We treat errors as a return for
exchange. You can only return products that ARE NOT OPENED. Buyer
will be responsible for the additional shipping cost incurred.
If upon the initial opening of your order, you discover damaged
merchandise, please contact Customer Service immediately. We consider
two weeks after order is sent reasonable time for inspection of
goods. We consider damaged merchandise as a return for exchange.
We will charge you for the replacement at the time we ship it.
You will then be credited when you receive it back into inventory.
Furthermore, we will waive the cost of shipping and handling on
any replacement item(s). All returns are subject to our inspection
and ultimate acceptance.
You may send returned, damaged, or error products back to us
at any time within 30 days from the date of purchase.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We currently ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS)
or using FedEx ExpressSavers, FedEx 2d Day, or FedEx Regular Overnight
to the following destinations
(1) Domestic: (USA only, all US States and territories):
Shipments are generally sent out Monday through Friday within
1-2 days unless otherwise noted. Shipments late Friday or during
the weekend are generally held for shipment until the next postal
day. Note that Holidays and the subsequent closing of delivery
services may cause delay in the receipt of your package that are
out of our control.
USPS Priority Mail - Allow 3-5 Business days. Shipping and handling
includes a delivery confirmation number.
(2) Hawaii/Alaska/Puerto Rico/US Virgin Islands:
We have found the best and cheapest method of shipment is via
US Post Office, either Priority Mail or Express Mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is expensive because shipping companies
charge a lot to send stuff outside of the United States. We have
tried to list the cheapest methods on our website.
Please Note: We reserve the right to re-quote you shipping cost
due to changes in cost from the carrier's stated price, additional
costs charged to us due to location of shipment. This would be
done via email and you will have the right to decline your order
due to cost of shipping. If we receive no response within 3 days
of email for regarding shipping costs, we will take the conservative
approach and assume cancellation of order due to shipping costs.
In general, the stated shipping price will be used.
All methods have tracking information available. While every
country is different, here is a guide. If you have another method
that you prefer that has insurance and tracking, we will consider
using this carrier instead.
US Global Express Mail - This is the cheapest method. We use
the US Postal service which out sources to EMS. Shipping is suggested
at 4-6 business days barring problems with customs.
FedEx Ground Canada - For our neighbors to the north, FedEx Ground
Canada is by far the cheapest option. They suggest 7-10 business
days PLUS any delays caused by customs.
FedEx International Economy - This method is a bit more expensive,
but has FedEx helping expedite through customs. They suggest 4-6
business days, with some potential for delay due to Customs.
FedEx International Priority - This method is theoretically the
fastest. It takes 1-2 business days, with potential delay due
to customs. FedEx Expedites.
Customs can take anywhere from 2-14 days, depending on the country.
We get asked all the time, how long we think it might take to
get through customs in a particular country. The answer is we
don't know, even if we've shipped the country before, we can not
be sure. This is because it really depends on how the customs
office of a particular entry port is operated on a given day.
If there is a national holiday, it will take longer.
While we pack each package to allow for easy customs entry, you
are responsible for the shipping cost, as well as all duty and
taxes. Occasionally, international orders are delayed in customs
and there is a delay in shipping time or product is confiscated.
All international orders shipped are F.O.B., meaning buyer is
responsible for the product once it leaves our warehouse. If you
are unaware of your country's polices regarding supplements we
recommend you first check before ordering your product.
